I have seen several of these over the past few weeks. They are much larger than most of the cicadas around here. I tried to research it, but with no luck. Attachments:

Your smaller cicada could be Neocicada hieroglyphic. Not sure about the other two.

Have seen these monsters in force a few times here on the Mojave Desert... those around the house are a third their size.

Looks like Tibicen auletes- next largest too dark to ID
