I just caught several cone headed Katydids yesterday and put them in a cage together and they ate one katydid already. How do you stop them from eating each other? What do katydids generally eat? it seems what I give them is never enough, every time one molts it gets eaten. What is a good setup for katydids? i have them in a medium size container. is the only way to keep them by having each one in its own cage? that hardly seems practical though.

''is the only way to keep them by having each one in its own cage?''
- It's the best. Many Tettigoniids show this behaviour of cannibalism (not canabolism) when you put them together.

Yeah sorry I spelled cannibalism wrong, i was in a hurry and realized it was spelled wrong but just left it. It mostly happens when they molt though.
