Lycaenidae & Nymphalidae from W. Java : sorry ! at this right moment, I'm at the countryside without my butterflies books for checking these samples at the subspecies level. I'll be back at home on Aug. 31 : then it would be possible . I have some (modest) knowledge about indonesian butterflies for Bali, Sulawesi, Papua, Sundaland, East Java : but, I have never been in W. Java (except Jakarta) ! For example, your Nymphalidae 9 seems to be Hypolimnas anomala ; anyway, I don't know the subspecies for W. Java. As a attached photo : H. anomala interstincta from Sabah (malayan part of Borneo). Some interesting links to ID butterflies from Indonesia on the page : www.lepido-france.fr/liens/categorie/region-orientale1/About genus Cethosia, see : www.insectcollector.at/cethosia.htmlAttachments:

Thank you again lepido. I got some more lycaenidae for id, but they can wait alittle After looking at funet.fi. it seems its the nominate ssp of anomala in Java. Edit: Thanks to your links, i think i found the last two. Acytolepis puspa pair.
