No clue as to species, but a lovely specimen. The Hymenopterans are greatly overlooked, in my opinion.

I have a few pepsis wasps from Argentina,but nobody seems to know what they are.

I'm afraid that I'm not that clued up about wasp taxonomy. But I wish to collect more wasps and bees once I get my collecting equipment. For now, I'm storing my wasps and bees in the deepfreeze till I get pins. I have some Vespids, honey bees, Typhiids, and a beutiful Xylocopa nigrita. All the best with your quest for ids.
