grain moth vs indian meal moth(difference)?

hey guys i am doing a project on this moth (see attachment) i am not able to decide whether it is an angoumois grain moth( Sitrotoga cereallela) or an indian meal moth(plodia interpunctella). the location is INDIA. the length of the moth is aroung 6 mm adult length. they are completely gray in colour without any markings. any help will be appreciated
