I'm having a 2nd look, I think it might be something new. At the moment the Japanese is only putting this one under Noelucanus giganteus but I persomially think there're enough differences to be a new sp by itself. it dosen't make any sense to have 2 different ssp in the same area......... It makes more sense this one to be a new sp. Attachments:

I also think it is a new species. I am comparing with Neolucanus fuscus. I saw that they are quite same but have many different characters. I am still pulling the its genitalia to comparing.
I will recheck and describe him.
