From what I can find: It's Curculionidae: Subfamily: Polydrosinae: Tribe: Naupactini: Genus: Euricydeus. Closest specimen I can find is a photograph of Euricydeus sedecimpunctatus. But it's a bad guess, since that species is blue and your specimen is metallic green. Jeff Prill

hello again jeff. yes that's the only specimen i could find the blue Euricydeus sedecimpunctatus. It's quite big actually. By the way, check your messages jeff thanks pete
