Pasha. Herona marathus (Doubleday, 1848) is a Butterfly found on Orange orchards. Indian Wildlife Protected Act 1972 listed this species in Schedule II. A rare species. [http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/15589108]

I must admit that it took me while to find some representatives of the Herona subfamily, but with a little bit of effort I eventually managed to find 4 specimens of marathus and also one sumatrana specimen. Specimens are out there....you obviously just need to ask the right people!
Gerd Bentz (www.insects.de) told me he had 5 males (Jan 2012), but as I only took 3 from him, he might well still have 2 males for sale? From what I remember these specimens were also very cheap, so they can't really be that rare!

Id expect them to be cheap. It's just that I've not seen them in auctions, or is it special enough to go out of my way looking for it
