Genus is Arhopala (check spelling). They look like Arhopala araxes and should come from Indonesia.

There are many similar looking species of Arhopala here in Thailand, never mind many other countries in the region. I would hesitate to guess where these come from just by looking at the photos above. Adam.

After examining the photos, I really think they are araxes. And I'm not aware of a specimen of this species coming from a place other than Indonesia (it doesn't occur in Thailand). Where your specimens are from, dynastes ?

Where your specimens are from, dynastes ? To my regret, I do not know. The couple got me as a gift, but was without a label & collection data
