Hello, I'm looking for some help. I'm in the UK and have found this odd little nest in my daughters room. Top of her shelves in an unused box. Looked like dried mud with some yellow sack or egg ball in it. Any clues would be most grateful.

I do not know the species. We do have them here in the US too. Do not know for sure what the yellow thing is for sure in the one nest, but could be spider egg sack.
