Yes tell them you have sent money with a fake Western Union number... He will queue for hours in the Western Union for nothing... Then give him another fake number by changing only one figure, and he will queue again for nothing...
Just show him he can be more stupid than his preys...

I once told a scammer I had a courier in the area and would pay twice the asking price if he would meet the courier at the airport. I told him my courier would be carrying gold coins only. The numbskull went to the airport to rob the non-existent courier. When he emailed me to say the courier was a no show, I told him it would be the next flight. I never heard from him again.

If everybody plays with them like this... they will soon disappear from Insectnet ! But we have more important things to do !

So if I actually have some free butterflies to give away (nothing rare), how would you go about it?

I was serious. I sent you a pm. Right now I think I only have some white species of Apias with NO DATA. They would be good for practice or art. I probably have a few other species you can have too.

So I just got a message from pittendrighinsects essentially stating that he was happy with the small packet I sent. See everyone, there are nice people who sometimes give insects away. I think the first time I experienced a "freebie" was from Miguel Serrano of Tropical Insects of America (a sponsor here). He wanted to help me and my daughters get started. I just wanted to "Pay it Forward" and thank you all for sharing information with me over the last few years.
