Genus: Argyripa guatemalicus (Burmeister, 1842). Variable, ranges from Mexico to panama. sometimes the basal band is missing on the prothorax.

It's not pictured in Cetoniinae Beetles of the world.

That's Argyripa Guatemalicus. Beautiful little beetle.
