Genus: Argyripa guatemalicus (Burmeister, 1842). Variable, ranges from Mexico to panama. sometimes the basal band is missing on the prothorax. Source: atlas Delos escarabajos De Mexico. Volume I by Miguel Angel Moron, Brett C. Ratcliffe, and Cuauhtemoc Deloya. It's not pictured in Cetoniinae Beetles of the world. Jeff Prill.

That's Argyripa Guatemalicus. Beautiful little beetle.
