They are reliable - bought from their shop not long ago. And they did reply to my questions by email then. Maybe they just don't do it all the time...

Only had one order from them end of 2011. Probably the best stuff I've ever had, beautiful specimens, great packaging and good value. They also answered my queries straight away.
If they have any more specimens that I'm looking for I shall definately order from them again.
