Hello Well I noticed one ad from a scammer in the ads. I usually find scammers when trying to buy insects, so sincerely I don't bother in report, also because most of them are the typical thiefs with tricks that 99,99% of the people know. But this one was so funny for me that I decided to report it. So the ad is this: classifieds.insectnet.com/hsx/classifieds.hsx?session_key=&search_and_display_db_button=on&db_id=8942&query=retrievalthe fake mail: kliencruz005@hotmail.com He claim to be from germany (I'm almost certain he is from cameroon anyways) He offers some nice goliathus. I email him. He answers. I Ask about prices sizes and photos. He sends this photos. Until here, correct. Then he sends me photos of goliathus that were mine! I used those photos in the past for send to people interested. I will post the photos so anyone will fall in his trick. He send me this photos wich are jus a cut of mine. Attachments:

Borja, I confirm that the photos are yours and that this 'klien cruz' is a crook. One of the 2 giant males G. regius of the first photo (the right specimen of 100,5 mm) - or the second male on the last photo- is now in my collection (I won it from your ebay auctions) and is really very nice (a few scratches and slight tarsal asymmetry on the front and middle pair of legs, but really very big and good quality specimen, clean and fresh).
So, all stay away from this 'klien cruz'.

Hello
Yes thanos. One the two big regius of the photo I sold it on ebay and you won it. As I said, I could report dozens more of scammers, but this ones are just the usual, and avoiding things like wrong scientific names, surprisingly cheap prices, photos clearly taken from the net, people selling insects wich doesn't occur in their country, the words "Western union" "money only for shipping" "pay the balance after reception" I think it's just enough So my advice, people always be careful, because as you see scammers some times even manage to get good photos of specimens to trick the people.
Regards

Great job of sleuthing! I deleted this ad. It was posted from London by the way, not Hamburg. From now on please notify me personally through PM if you spot such fraudulent ads. I don't always have time to read the Trading Reports.
Thanks.
