Difficult to determinate from the Butterflies of America webpage : poor photos of the two species : - Eunogyra curupira Bates, 1868 - Eunogyra satyrus Westwood, 1851. both given for Para in Brazil. Your sample, according me, looks more like E. satyrus. But, in the checklist for butterflies of french Guyane, it's curupira which is done. Nevertheless, it's possible that satyrus flies in FG, mainly in Saut Maripa very close to Brazil. Send the question to Jean-Yves, the Riodinidae specialist !
