Thanks for the ID. Yes i'm happy that you won the female. Good price too. It's a good job you won this one, as i sold the other 13 specimens privately. These were the last two i had left. Any problems whatsoever and i will refund you thanos. well done!! pete

Then this makes me even happier , as I would not have another chance for an A1 female, at least I think not soon ! Yes, the price was quite good, as it is A1 and quite big at 75 mm for female. I didn't expect to win it for that, I thought the price would go over 200 gbp. I just put a reasonable price for me and left the rest to the God . And fortunately he helped me, probably cause he sees how much I have studied especially some groups of insects . Pete, it is the first time I see that someone receives so many specimens (and at large sizes!) of this species at once! It seems that this particular local Tanzanian collector was very lucky and found some trees with good infection..and he collected them by putting light traps there or probably by taking also some specimens from their exit holes..(Personally I have a very nice method, very practical, for collecting Prioninae directly from their holes generally easily..). I bet that that local collector didn't realize much the value of the specimens he caught, but this is good for you, as I suppose you made a good profit from this species . If you ever get more specimens, I would be interested in getting also a big male, and I could buy it directly from you, without that awful competition of ebay.., so please contact me then. Regarding refund, please don't think of it, I think I will be satisfied, but even a defect has escaped your attention, I've promised you that we would find a good solution for both privately (e.g. I send it back at the same condition for refund or credit for future specimens of you) - but I really feel I will be satisfied. So, just don't worry about anything - I tell this publickly and always keep my word . Cheers, Thanos
