The type of true N. delicatus from South of Vietnam, norh Vietnam and South China maybe N. fuscus. There is still question about the N. delicatus from North Vietnam and South China

Yes I agree with fruhstorferia, true N. delicatus is from Southern Vietnam, norh Vietnam and South China is N. fuscus.

Here's a page from the latest "The Lucanid beetles of the world" You can clearly see N. delicatus is from Southern Vietnam and N. fuscus is from Northern Vietnam and Southern China. They're both look very similar but I circle in red with the differences. Attachments:
