According Tsukada, L. curius don't fly in Mindoro : it's L. meges decius C. & R. Felder (1862). Both L. curius et L. meges fly in Palawan. This sample seems to be L. meges pessimus Fruhstorfer (1909).

L. curius can be distinguished from meges by looking at the discal bands of the forewing. In L. curius (the inner band is normally white as opposed to green in meges, but this can fade in older specimens) there is a narrow clear area between the inner white discal band and the black discal band outside it. In meges there is no clear area separating these two bands.
