Scammer for sure. He is always out there trying to find a victim. He offers all sorts of material but will not ship without advance payment of shipping costs. He may be working with Musa Mmbaga who is a known thief. Stay Away!

Hi all, I made one deal with Sihaba Hussein last year without advanced payment, because I said that I will not send money first. He accepted it and sent me parcel but quality of his stock...very very poor like most african dealer.Anyway next time he offer me some others insects but want some advanced payment and I did not answer him...better for You - stay away. Best regards Paul

I posted about this scammer in July 2012 in this venue. Here is that post. Sihaba Hussein, Tanzania another scammer to put on the list fom Africa. Several persona have paid large sums of money to the person who sends nothing in return. Like so many others, this fellow is on Facebook and makes contact in the dozen or so insect and especially moth groups. Read more: insectnet.proboards.com/index.cgi#ixzz2OucQokna .
