As I expected, not only refusing a MO in the States, but no paypal! And was willing to accept Western Union. Who does that in the US???

This person is working in conjunction with some foreign scammers. They offer cocoons of species that are rarely or never offered for sale. This is definitely a SCAM so do not send any money to these people.
