All, During my recent trip to Tucuman, the southern "Yungas" or cloud forests, in North-western Argentina, I bred some gregarious feeding larvae I found, feeding together on a vine, through to adults. I was surprised to see that the larvae were of two separate species as they grew larger, and the photo hopefully explains all. I would really like to be sure what these Actinote species are, and at the moment, I put the smaller species as A. pellenea and the larger species as A thalia.
