These bugs have been in my house, sometimes in my bed! I have no idea what they are. They also have wings, not like a mosquito, but like a lady bug, where the wings are under their shell. I'm worried that they are bed bugs..

Quite small. They are beetles, and look like Dermestid or carpet beetles. These little critters will not suck your blood so worry NOT, rather than blood their larvae eat a variety of things including dead-dried organic mater yes sometimes insect collections, so we hate them and fear them more than you ever will  |
