Now what is this "new arrivals Parnassius" all about? Just look at this fourth-hand stuff: the bulk of the specimens offered are 15 to 25 years old, discolored, worn out, defective... The names of taxa are mixed up and misspelled, or simply wrong, and so is the gender of the specimens. Moreover, the seller does not even use (know?) gradation "B"/"B-"/"B2" (or rather, "B-52"), which all these ruins should be rated as. And now look at the prices... Incredible! I propose the company's name is changed to "2 OLD entomologie"

Cyril is absolutly fantastic seller. I purchased from him several times and always without any problems with shipping, payment, service. He is Coleoptera specialist, but I was able only thanks to him to buy some very rare african butterflies. As for Parnassius you are correct Stapleton, although as long as pictures are available, I think grading is not so important because everybody can see quality / until unvisible repairs are not present /. Also on Ebay we can see many time : quality - see picture. Problem is surely determination, which is out of usual mistakes common with genus like Parnassius which is not so easy to determine. Cyril is probably selling material as he bought or selling material of friend. Still I find risky to gamble his perfect reputation with sale of this materail with wrong determinations.

Teinopalpus, as for your last statement, I must say I agree with you completely. If you respect the guy and he does deserve it, then you may warn him somehow in a friendly manner. Regards, Vic
