Has anyone had any issues with Ramel Cabale in the Philippines? Years ago - back in 2005 or 2006 I purchased some moths from him. The quality was good, and everything went smoothly and I was a happy customer...
Until a few days ago, when he accused me in public of never paying him (on a photo posted on facebook posted by someone else - so I can't remove the comment, only reply to it). He claimed he sent the moths and I never paid, asked to be paid, and that I had been ignoring him. So I replied - correct how wrong he was, and that I paid before he shipped etc etc. He hasn't replied, seems like a desperate accusation 7 years later in hopes of collecting more money.
Very suspicious activity...seems like something is up. So be cautious everyone!
