Delias descombesi descombesi; 1-2 females, 4 male, 3 is also probably a female, but I can't see the abdomen.
Maybe "Forg" is Fang? This is a town north of Chiang Mai near the Burmese border.
I see this butterfly in my garden, mostly in December, but sometimes in other months too.
