Hello,
A friend of mine has a catepillar from China and he really wants to know the name of the species. It could be some Bhima/Pyrosis.

Hi there Don't know the species, but it looks very similar to the larva of Orgyia species in the family Lymantriidae. Dave

No not at all. It looks much more like a lymantria sp. catepillar. But not a orgyia. But it could be a lymantriidae. But if I would know the details I wouldn't ask it here XD.
