Google suggested it's mountain Gumitir, East part of Java Island, Indonesia.

Heliocopris bucephalus (Fabricius, 1775) this scarab has quite a widespread distribution.
Good luck with getting a collection date, that last digit is a 7.
I'd say look at other specimens (from the same batch/writing, if you have them) to look for a pattern so you can work it out.
