I have repeatedly told Carlos that I can help him make money if he establishes a good relationship with me.
After having waited for more than 50 days, it's probably safe to say that the first parcel will never arrive.
Carlos has just written me a few minutes ago.
He told me that he's just sent out a replacement parcel and also gave me EMS tracking numer.
I'll keep everybody posted.

lesson learned!!!!!!! never send packages using common service to save money. its better using the certificate service or EMS service those two services are more expensive but will save you a lot of headaches.
I use the common service( not tracking number) for sent first parcel to jonathan cost me 80 soles weight 1500 mg about 30 usd 50 days pass and the parcel does not arrived probably its lost.
this new parcel I sent him by E.M.S (with trucking number)service weight1500 mg cost me 207.20 soles about 82 usd
certificate service (with traking number too) the same parcel with 1500 mg would have cost 190 soles soles about 75 usd.
the cost difference between a certificate and an EMS package is minimal.
the problem is when I want add this shipping cost to the buyer nobody wants to pay high shipping cost.
so most of the seller ship the parcels using cheaper services.

Hi to all.
After waiting for about 60 days, I finally got my package.
According to Carlos, the package was stopped by the customs and he was able to eventually take care of it.
He resent the package to me and it arrived safely.
Some beetles got moldy, but not bad generally speaking.
He even put in some extra insects to make up for my losses.
All is good now.

Carlos, Thank you for your diligence in correcting the problems with the transactions mentioned in this thread. I am happy with the specimens that I received from you and I hope that you will continue as a supplier in the insect industry. I believe that you are an honest supplier and you may feel free to use me as a reference in the future. Best wishes, Mike
