One vast improvement is the "Welcome Adam Cotton" at the top of the page. The old "Hey Adam Cotton" was frankly annoying and downright rude where I come from. It implies they are looking for a fight.

The option to delete a post seems to have vanished now, although it was present last week, as I used it to delete a duplicate post due to Proboards server errors. Today I posted a reply only to get an "internal server error", so clicked 'back' and posted it again thinking it hadn't posted first time. I then found that I had posted the same message twice and tried to delete the second one but found that the delete option has vanished.
