I can remember seeing these butterflies when I was a kid at 8 years of age. I did manage to catch one back then, and it was one of my favorite specimens for many years. Both A. brediwii, and A. eulalia of Arizona are amongst the top Nymphalidae in regards to their charismatic value of North America in my opinion.
