Here is a caterpillar that I found on the wed and downloaded the picture a few years back and cannot find the name or where I got the picture from. Love the look of this guy, looks like a dogs toy. If someone knows the name of this species I would be grateful for the information. Rich

Probably one of the Polythysana genus (Saturniidae family) from Chile. Bill Oehlke

Your right Bill. I went on your web site and looked up Polythsama from Chile and there it was. I must have gotten the picture off your site years ago. Tried Google but it only comes up with plastics. Thank,
