hildebrando,
How is it that an associate of mine received a permit to export insects from Peru within four days of applying for the permit this year when you have repeatedly told me that it is 100% completely and totally impossible for any person on Earth to acquire an export permit from INRENA? You have been using that excuse for over a year now. Once again you are lying as you have stolen money and are using every lie in the book to keep the stolen funds. If it is impossible to get a permit from INRENA as you claim, then why was this recent permit, among many others, issued............................................

INRENA issues permits all the time. They do slow down their issueing for a week or two every year, usually in January or February, and I believe this is to adjust quotas for the suppliers and also to review their charges and extraction taxes for wild caught material. Other than that it is business as usual.

Hildebrando,
I have not received my money by the end of January, February, March or April as you promised. Shall I expect my money by the end of May? Just kidding you worthless piece of garbage. Have you kept my share of the proceeds of the house and land that you sold, or is that tied up in your new house? How is the family? Well I hope. Maybe if one of your family members dies all of a sudden you can send their life insurance payout to me. I hope that happens very soon. Thank you for your continued silence regarding your criminal activities. I hear that you are still very successful with that. Thank you.
Your Friend,
Michael

Hey Hildebrando,
It seems that you are now saying that June is not good for collecting in Peru. I have collected in Peru in June myself and have found there to be large numbers of insects flying during this time of year. Please start posting your monthly excuses for not sending specimens in the forum here. I am sure that other readers will find them as laughable as I do. Let everyone enjoy your ongoing criminal activities. Stop being so selfish with your comedic criminal antics. Thank you very much.

hildebrando,
Can you please pick the specific "collecting season" that you are waiting for to send my specimens to me. You keep repeating that you will send the specimens immediately after the "next" collecting season if I will just wait. That has been going on for many years now. How about you just send me the many thousands of dollars that you owe me tomorrow by western union? Since you have the money from the sale of your house and land, that should be easily done. Thank you for your cooperation. You are the best.

Saw this on Facebook, is he any relative?
Hello my name is Cesar Rojas. I am a new commercial dealer of butterflies and insects from the Amazon jungle and I'm looking for customers to do business with. My father Mario Rojas from Tingo Maria, Peru was one of the pioneers in the butterfly exporting business and I am now following in his footsteps. My goal is to build long lasting relationships with new prospects and to build a name for my company. Currently I'm working out of Everett, Washington, USA and have brand new inventory coming in all the time. If anyone is interested in my quality services, please comment or post your information on my wall. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Thank you very much for posting this. Yes, it is very likely as there were multiple family members in Tingo Maria from this set of thieves. I have visited them in person years back before they turned to crime. Please ask him who he is referring to and post his response here. Thank you.

Hildebrando,
I am greatly concerned for your well being. You must be severely injured as I have not yet received my money or my specimens from you as you have promised every month for the past few yers. I hope that you are found and put back into good health so that you may send back all of the money you have stolen from collectors worldwide. When exactly is your "next" collecting season? Thank you for your information.
Michael

I have,
He offered me much material and I chose what I required and asked him to send and I told him there will be no payment until it arrived. Then no sending and no answer. I have dealt with him many years ago and he was always good but now he is totally untrustworthy.
