Hildebrando Rojas Villegas is still moving full speed ahead with his criminal activities. He is currently the worst criminal that I have ever dealt with in the insect trading industry. He is still refusing to send out specimens that have been paid for years ago. At the same time that he is complaining of having no money to send the specimens, he is buying specimens from Indonesia to offer to people. He is not only buying Papilio ulysses and blumei, but buying abberant specimens though he says he has no money to obtain the specimens needed to pay back all of the people that he is stealing from currently. Stay well away from this criminal.

Hildebrando is continuing his criminal activities. He is now operating under two different names. "Hildebrando Rojas Villegas" and "Hildebrando Rojas Gonzales." Beware this person.

Hildebrando has not slowed one bit in his criminal activities. I have continually tried to persuade him to stop his cheating and stealing, but to no avail. He is operating using multiple names and email addresses from Peru. He has previously been arrested and convicted by Peruvian authorities for his criminal acts. Hopefully they will soon have him in custody again to end his stealing from collectors.

I have been VERY fortunate in that I have not experienced any theft in an insect transaction. I have always sought references before buying. Insectnet has saved me alot of money in this respect. Thank you to Mike and others who report on transactions and make me lucky to be in this "band of brothers....."

Mike, chatted with Hildebrando this week and advised him he was scamming people under both names "Hildebrando Rojas Villegas" and "Hildebrando Rojas Gonzales". He offered to collect material for me. I advised him ok but payment only after receipt of the specimens. Here is his E-mail response regarding his troubles.
Many thanks for your e-mail. usually is necessary to pay taxes and exportation permit for send parcels from Peru. 4 year ago I was sending wildlife materials declaring only 30-40% of the total with no problem, but some bad peruvian dealers contacted my customs house for to advice this method and when I was sending 10 parcels with orders it was stopped and no was possible to recuperate the wildlife materials and I have paid a big fine. I lost wildlife materials, payment taxes, payment post service, payment exportation permit but the real problem was that some dealers abroad sent advanced payments. Now I am selling a load of my property for to solve all these problems that no is big quantity but are many peoples. I have wrote to all Clients but somes lost the patient.
I am in the insect business 20 years ago with no problems I have many friends and now some enemies but dont worry I will solve it very soon. in the same way 2 canadian peoples stolen me US$ 14000 the names are Benjamin Dick and Anshul Fernando both are partners, Anshul Fernando are continuing working in Antennae INC in a little time I wlll put in all internet after to pay my debts ( year 2004 I have all payment taxes, Invoice, permits etc)
Now I am sending all in advance it is no problem. So now you know are my situation

I posted that because I thought it was only fair to hear the other side of this matter from the horse's mouth. Obviously his problems are somewhat unsurmountable. Whether he ever get around to settling up with those who have not received paid for material is doubtful, but time will tell.

Thanks, but he is still lying. He has purchased a new house in Lima it seems and has put his kid in college using the money he has stolen. He continually sends lies by email regarding his attempts to pay back what he has stolen. He has not sent any money back. He is a worthless scum. Hey, Hildebrando please send me the many thousands of dollars that you owe me from the receipts of the property that you have sold. Why have you not sent the specimens or money as you have promised repeatedly. You told me I would receive that by the end of January and the end of February and the end of March and the end of April. His illegal activities are what got him in trouble. He was also charging buyers for the full costs of sending the specimens legally, but was keeping that money and sending the packages illegally. That is what got him. He did that to himself, but the buyers are paying for this worthless scum. Hildebrando, I expect my payment by western union by the end of the day today. Thank you so much for your cooperation in this matter. Vernon, Do not be fooled by this piece of ### "dealer." Thanks.

How are you sending specimens to Vernon when you have been telling me that not one single box has been sent out of Peru in a year due to government regulation? How are you sending specimens to Vernon before sending specimens to pay your debts to the many people that you have stolen from? Very curious......................
