It is a Cycloglypha and based on "common-ness" probably Cycloglypha thrasibulus. But these species usually require that you look at genetalia to be sure (which if I remember - you can usually see everything you need it you just dust off the abdomen with a small paint brush. The valvae stick out far enough that you can see most of the things you need to see).

I think you are absolutely correct about this species. However I will check if the valvae stick out as you indicated. farfett.
