Hello I'm pretty curious about this moth. I've been trying to identify without success. I believe it's an Arctiidae, but not 100% sure. It comes from Costa Rica, from Coronado, on August of this year. If anyone has any guess it would be appreciated. Regards Attachments:

It is a Geometridae, I can't remember the species name but I had 10 of these once.

it's a member of the Geometrid Genus Erateina, probably Erateina staudingeri

Hello Thanks guys! You hit the spot fastly! I see that I was quite lost thinking it could be an Arctiidae... but I would never had bet is that this was a Geometridae, the shape of wings it's totally different of the image of geometrids I have in mind (the angular wings). Nocturnal lepidoptera is always a complicated group for me So thanks to the three answers! Regards
