I`m an Australian insect collector and dealer , for some reason I sell and get more enquiries from insect dealers overseas than regular customers . Where am I going wrong ? I have all legal export permits , provide only the finest specimens and offer my customers extra free insects with each order. My website is www.ozinsects.com and www.insectfarm.net selling live and dried specimens.

A couple of people have written to me and said you don`t offer what I`m interested in .Lycaenidae example . If its a described species you are after and occurs in my collection areas please ask as I may be able to collect it for you. Beetles , Butterflies ,Moths, Phasmids , Orthoptera ,we live in the rainforest and harvest and breed and rear insects onsite . Jack

I think that Australia has a solid reputation for being hard to buy insects from whether right or wrong. I usually want more common things at A-. I like your rutilids. I'm also interested in phasmids and arachnids.

Sorry I don`t have butterflies on my site . The few I get are snapped up pretty quick by some collects and dealers. I try my best to supply insects but we are only a team of two my wife and I collecting and breeding, and its hard to keep up with demand for butterflies collecting the smaller more uncommon species takes up a bit of time.My friend said to me the other day you should have had more children .

Jack, I notice this thread is 6 years old. Do you still deal in Australian Lepidoptera?
