Probably Copaxa winbrechlini which I think replaces rufinans in western Ecuador. Wingspan should help distinguish between the two. Bill Oehlke Bill Oehlke

smaller size and smaller forewing ocellus would probably be a better fit for winbrechlini than the image you show. I am leaning more now toward rufinans, but would like to see it again after papers have been removed. Bill
