Does anybody know the seller from China who is currently offering some non-trivial Parnassius specimens on Ebay?

If you are either referring to blueskyHK or butterfly_china, both of those are good sellers. There are a few rather rare species from a new seller I don't know though, perhaps you are referring to 11amay. If so I don't know them.

I did not find that seller on Ebay but I am not the greatest in searching Ebay. I am not familiar with this seller. Perhaps some of the others can recommend a supplier for Parnassius.

Your advice is quite reasonable, wollastoni, thank you. The thing that attracted my attention to this person is that he neither tints the poor photos of his rarely offered specimens, nor calls them "super rarities", non-existing "forms", or other "promising" or invented names, like a number of other well-known "top-rated sellers" pushing their used, sad, and second-third-fourth-hand common stuff do... These individuals can't even tell an actius from a jacquemonti or a Satyrid from a Danaid... As long as any equally ignorant buyer pays, why should they give a damn?! "Keep on, honey! You are so young! You've just started! You have so many good items in your offer!" (- end of quotation -)   |
