not ploetzi, doesn't exist in Togo ... it is probably vacuna female despite the the basal area of HW not being white ;-)

The Epiphora very much looks like ploetzi; perhaps the location is incorrect? Bill Oehlke

The Loepa specimen I think is Loepa peggyae. I am almost positive it is not roseomarginata, which as name indicates, has extensive red suffusions in the marginal areas of all wings. Thanks for providing data (location, date, wingspan). If there is any way that you can also provide images of ventral wing surfaces that would be great.
Thanks for sharing.

When I look at them, they're not upside down......sorry. Well, they are upside down here in Thailand ... maybe it's because I'm on the other side of the world? Adam.

Right way up in the uk and look very nice, I could really get into saturnidae, I've reared a few from purchased ova and they are great, but I don't have the room. You don't seem to get pestered by the anti collecting brigade when you're collecting moths but if you're swinging a net at a butterfly they'll hang you, in the uk at least.

Right way up in the uk and look very nice.Rich That's strange, I'm in the UK too and I've noticed that all Bill's posts in the last couple of weeks have had upside down photos. It hasn't happened with anybody else's posts and it seems that some people see them the right way up. Clark do you have any ideas on this? Bob

That fenestrata is amazing- where did you get it? I don't recall seeing them sold commercially.
