Exactly what I said. Some of the specimens he sold were from BMNH. Some sighted in his collection were as well. In their place were found similar, but not identical specimens. It was a long time ago, and I don't feel compelled to discuss it further as the evidence is long gone. Suffice it to say that unrestricted access to the BMNH collection is far more limited now.
