Are all of the Batocera wallacei from PNG the same subspecies? I have a few examples from three locations that I would like to sell as a lot. They are from Lae, Morobe Province, PNG; Popondetta, Oro Province PNG; Boiou Village Misima Island, Milne Bay Province PNG. Thank you.

They probably are the same subspecies, considering that Batocera wallacei also occurs in Cape York peninsula. Then there is B. W. proserpina from Key island also...don't think there's any more, then again I'm no expert.

Thanks. I have collected them on the mainland. Fun to see them flying in in slow motion with their wing cases outspread. They look like flying crosses.
