Hi there.
Anyone know about distribution of this beetle in Malaysia?
As i know this species widespread here.
I have some dark colored males from Malaysia, label says: Perak, Tapah hills. 1998
This is nominate race.
Now I tried to get more of them, or even a new ssp from Fraser hill area.
But I discussed with few local collectors and they said that, this beetle became extremely rare here and only a few specimens was collected for last ~7 years.
Is it real?
