Big thanks to all folks who helped me get live stock for the Bug Barn at the fair! I had a great time! Lots of folks had a chase to meet and touch two Impireal Moth larva from the eastern US. Some , both old and young, refused to touch these gental giants. But lots of folks bravely stroked the larvas backs. The luna cocoons surprised folks when the pupas wiggled inside that some were dropped but none suffered ingeries. The Buckeye Butterflies along with Gulfs, a tiger Swallow Tail and others in the butterfly flight cage delighted young and old. I could not have made this such a memerable event for so many fair goers with out the help of folks on this web site - much thanks.

Good to hear that Insectnet members are helping out in the 'real world'. Congratulations to Bluemoth for organising what sounds like a great educational display.
Adam.
