Adam, He will be able to print another serie, but I doubt it will be necessary !

Thank you for giving more insights into the matter. The problem really is multifaceted. I hope that in 20 years his name has not to be added to the unobtainable book list due to the situation. His work is substantial and should be honoured by more people.
