Hello
I have some similar specimens from Philippines (from Leyte). I have identified them as Protaetia scepsia, although I can't guarantee 100% the identity as I have no revisions or related bibliography, so the conservative option would be calling it Protaetia cf. scepsia .
Regards

My take on the ID is
Protaetia anovittata
Plate 83 #910 .......from Luzon, Aurora Prov Cetoniinae Beetles of the World By Sakai and Nagai
P. scepsia is from Leyte in s central PH where as your specimen is from Luzon in the northern region. I may be wrong, but just thought I'd share my thinking.
