I do apologize to members here however the actions of this man are NOT UNIVERSAL or CONFINED TO ME - and I can also prove that. I am not one to lie - it takes too much energy - but I am also frankly tired with the likes of this man playing games but this time - the hand is the cookie jar - PETER OWED Me 230 - 270 USD from a box that he agreed on after I reduced the price 30%!!! IT was less than my cost but it was less costly than to try to ship it back. HE did not pay that either though in an email he admits it outright. He has always complained that shipping was no good and DAMAGED SO MUCH and in conversations has even said all of my material was "CRAP" but for those who have the interest - LOOK AT THE SALES on ebay and there IS EVEN MORE MISSING - another 50 - 100 specimens missing as the box I sent him was almost 5000 USD - I just located the invoice.
HE threatens people - is rude and non communicative spiteful and vindictive. (YES YOU KNOW WHAT I REFER TO HERE PETER - so don't go there or I will happily post that one here.) ALL I HAVE EVER ASKED FOR IS WHAT WAS TAKEN SO I COULD INVOICE HIM AND BE PAID. NOTHING MORE. BUT IS SEEMS THAT is not the case with MR Stringfellow. I know what he did to a colleague and that was the most appalling act of vindictiveness I have seen from an adult. DISGUSTING IS TOO SOFT A WORD TO DESCRIBE IT. We complain about Cameroonians and PERUVIANS and the list goes on - but when it happens that someone who was held in higher esteem it makes me ill.
All I can say is I hope the law of karma come thru - as when the people you love go hungry and suffer with out food or medicine and a man like this owes you thousands and does not pay it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. IT is ugly - it is weak and it is pathetic.
I have contacted Andrew - and there are no more Cheritonus - no Allotopus moseri - NO BATOCERA BIBLERI - NO RHAETALUS DIDIERI and the list goes on and on - (I cannot ever continue to write more - I am spitting invectives and expletives at a rate that would make a truckdriver blush.)

 Why do you use the forum for such affair ! Don't you have personal email ? that makes noises on the forum. We all understand that you have a problem and it seems that nobody of us can help you

One of the reasons I joined was to see others evaluations of dealers. Because of Insectnet, I have never been scammed.

Yes that is a good point and InsectNet provides a good service as regards a alert for scammers but there is email for disputes such as this. Never wash your dirty laundry in public is a very good saying. |

I have to agree with Stringer on this one. Greg Watson (Roger Wilcox) posts insects for sale in the classifieds quite often. He has some good offers from time to time. If there is any kind of dispute going on with a supplier this information is important to help in making a decision whether or not to make a purchase from them. I really don't have time for a dispute with any supplier. Hopefully all of this will get resolved. The insect industry needs good, honest suppliers (and buyers) out there to make it all work.

I have no interest in getting involved in the dispute, but it would be a shame if you got out of the insect business Pete. Some of my nicest specimens are thanks to you, and I certainly remember the time you were very considerate when I was having PayPal issues. If even half of your previous buyers had the same pleasurable experience I did, you have nothing to worry about concerning your reputation.
