I had an issue with Peter once and it was resolved very quickly. Peter acted impeccably.
It would be a shame to lose such a good supplier.

OK - it seems I have to set this all down ONCE AND FOR ALL - let me address everything.
ONE - why two names - simple - BEEN HERE FOR 8 - going on 9 years on a tourist visa - not allowed to DO BUSINESS. Check it out - you can google that for VISA - MALAYSIA etc
TWO - why did I say to Olivier I wasn't - BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO PUT IT IN WRITING. If Immigration checked I have a problem.
THREE - I have never once asked ANYONE HERE TO CHOOSE SIDES - or to come to my defense - and POSTED ONLY AFTER PETER REFUSED TO WORK THE MATTER OUT = and simply put - he took material out of a box he never paid for - NEVER ASKED - and SOLD IT and got caught. That payment was NEVER RECIEVED and what is posted are payments for the three shipments - NOT JUST THE ONE IN QUESTION.
FOUR - my foul language? Try this - there are 3 people who were B'CCd on the email Peter - you want me to ask them to post here what was contained in those emails? Seriously?? Sure that can be done but is THAT WHAT YOU WANT?
FIVE - Am I the only ONE? Well let Peter reply to that - and if he LIKES? I can post what I have been told from other suppliers that have endured problems with Peter.
SIX - I did not want to settle this man to man? I tried but how many months does it take anyone to explain what is happening and they don't check into a payment ? Why is it I have to get that INFORMATION HERE - see the post "FOUND IT - TOLD YOU I PAID YOU" and I reported the problem to PETER but he never replied or investigated the complaint?
IT IS TOO EASY to get lost in the confusion when you don't look at the facts - and the facts are simple -
I sent the box
HE DID NOT WANT IT
I said no problems and arranged an Alternative buyer for everything
SPECIMENS were removed without permission
SPECIMENS were put up for sale WITHOUT PERMISSION
SPECIMENS were sold without payment.
PAYMENT WENT AWRY and IF I DONT KNOW HOW CAN I DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?
and that is all I am saying.
I have been the one verbally demeaned and called names - in the exchanges with Peter - and that is verifiable with those who received the emails as Bcc.
I looked up the transaction record that Peter sent - yes it is real - and more importantly NO IT WAS NOT RECIEVED
I SENT A SCAN BACK TO PETER TO ILLUSTRATE THIS
I HAVE HAD NO REPLY FROM PETER SINCE
IF anyone has questions about me or my activities then I am open to tell you - no trouble.
but I HAVE NOT TO DATE received and email from Olivier about this - and I have told people WHY and PETER WAS ONE SUCH INDIVIDUAL
Are there others injured by Peter - yes but will I POST THEM HERE OR THE CONVERASATIONS - NO - however I will send that information to Clark. JUST TO AVOID PROBLEMS but this is all in Peter's hands - his court. BUT in all honesty this is not something Clark should not be involved with and he is a site ADMINSTRATOR NOT A JUDGE TO EXCERICSE JURISPRUDENCE OR OPIONION ON ANY SITUATION.
WILL I POST INFORMATION AGAIN - No - and I remit my apologies to the members for this complaint but I was NOT LEFT ANY OPTIONS.

You know - I have so much now going on - that the only thing for me to do is push on - not debate post-mortem about your actions - they were and are not what gentlemen do. This is going in circles - and I am too old and tired to spend hours typing out the facts - they are what they are. HOWEVER I do want to go on record with this - and it has to do with actions taken out on those who had nothing to do with this matter - and YOU KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. That is not right - at all. I am not going into explanations here - I am not - and that is to save the misery to those who have to endure reading all the tripe of the complaint of me and you going at each others throats. Its tiresome and boring to be honest - YOU AND I KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED and I FOR ONE am done with this . Don't bother sending money - or specimens or defending your honor or dragging out snippets of conversations to bolster your case - this is not a court room. If people are wanting to read what is here - they can make up their own minds about it and that is something for them to do - and YOU AND I no longer have any play on that.
I have to move on - and I am done with this matter and I learned - it will change what I do and definitely HOW I DO IT.
I know Andrew has the invoice and he is balancing out what he got versus what was sent - and I already know what you are going to do and honestly I just don't want the aggravation of dealing with you or even to post what is missing as for the most part - nobody will really take heed regardless as it does not affect their bottom line. IT DID MINE.
if you want out of the business - that is entirely YOUR DECISION - and I also want to go on record that I have nothing to do with it. IF people are sad to see you go - I understand that - and there is another side of that coin - what is to say that the marvelous specimen they got from you - was not obtained in the same manner as the specimens you took from me and sold real cheap? Yes you have the accolades - but it is like BLOOD DIAMONDS - if you can live with the fact they were obtained thru the suffering of others then its ok.
I have - despite your tirades of vitriolic remarks remained for the most part a gentleman - I never swore at you nor did anything that can or could be misconstrued as spiteful. I never took advantage of you - I never sent thugs - I never called you names - but I DID OVERREACT to the situation - and for that I DO APPOLOGIZE. However in defense of that - see the ones you love hungry - and look at you wondering why they have no food or medicine etc and see what YOU DO.
The matter is closed - and honestly there are only losers here - but that is the way it goes - its life and I for one don't have much left at 61 I am tired and I want to do just that - RETIRE and relax. I am tired of collecting in the jungles - battling mosquitoes - feeding leaches - and being covered in mud from head to toe. I have collected for over 50 years - and I do count my blessings - regret lost opportunities and have become wiser by dealing with situations just like this.
ITS OVER - take what you got - it is yours - and so be it. IT started with YOU taking stuff OUT OF THE BOX that you never asked permission to take - NOT because it material was ALL CRAP - it wasn't - YOU know that - I CAUGHT YOU DOING SOMETHING DUBIOUS and it is an insult not only to me - BUT YOU - it was degrading sorry to say and I thought more of you as a person and I DID TRUST YOU - and that was the catalyst to a reaction that just got out of hand. REMEMBER when you get caught with your hand in the cookie jar - expect a scolding and to be slapped on the wrist!

Don't be so sure leptraps, I've been married more than 20 years and my wife has been far more........discourteous.... many times over. I think the debate is over on this one and the site will not benefit from this going on any more. I appreciate both sides but there is nothing really new to keep it going.

A way to escape the many flaws in our human nature is why I got collecting in the first place. It's a nice distraction for me.

Wait! Don't take it down! I don't have network or cable TV and not much time, so I don't get to watch the drama TV shows. This is as close as it gets!
And, despite advanced degrees and having a pretty good understanding of both psychology and math, I still can't figure out what is going on here, who is who, or not who, or when. I used to do fourier transforms, so one would think I would have a handle on this by now, but I don't and if it is taken down I won't get the opportunity to figure it out!
Perhaps somebody other than the involved parties can give me a summary I can understand?

Not sure if there's malice in the comments of those not involved, but let's try not to forget that there was one, if not both, party wronged in this trading report. I, for one, would hate for it to lead to no one posting in this section for fear of being ridiculed.

To many straight laced people on this website. You can't even try and put your case across for others to see without them whining asking for the posts to be deleted. The best thing is, the people who are complaining don't have to read it.......
