try seeing if he will send parcel in advance of payment, my recommendation would be not to send payment in advance, he states that the prices are almost half of the price than offered on the international market, that might raise some slight suspicion, although it could be genuine. but yeah just be careful and it would be good to hear advice from those who might have had a exchange with him, (if anyone has let us know?)

I have had successful transactions with Juan Manuel and found him to be serious, honest, and very accommodating.
The specimens I received were as described, carefully packaged, and arrived in good condition.
