Has anyone had any dealings with Risther Alvan Reategui? I haven't seen any threads specific to him, but I have heard by word of mouth that he is suspicious.
He tells me to pay for specimens by PayPal because you are protected. He will not send specimens before he receives money in advance. This makes me suspicious! Does he or has he gone by another name? Any help would be appreciated.
