Javier's actually in Argentina, not Uruguay. The quality of specimens isn't always what he says it is but I have dealt with him many times over several years and have found him to be totally reliable.

Yes, he is reliable. Although, expensive and I agree, specimens are not always the quality stated and data can be vague, so ask for accurate data.
